AFTER THE REVERSAL

The Surgery Worked. So Why Hasn’t Pregnancy Happened?

Getting sperm back can feel like the finish line after everything it took to get to reversal. But for many couples, it turns out to be the beginning of a whole new set of questions.

Maybe sperm are back, but motility is still low. Maybe one semen analysis looks promising and the next leaves you discouraged. Maybe her labs have been called “normal,” you’re timing everything you can possibly time, and someone has already suggested IUI without really explaining why pregnancy hasn’t happened naturally.

And suddenly you’re trying to figure out questions no one prepared you to ask.

✓ Why aren’t his sperm numbers improving?

âś“ Is motility or morphology actually keeping us from conceiving?

âś“ Are we missing something on the female side?

âś“ Are our hormones truly optimal for fertility?

âś“ Is there testing we should be asking for?

✓ Do we need IUI or IVF — or is there more we can work on first?

You don’t need more random advice. You need a way to understand how all of these pieces fit together.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO LOOK AT FERTILITY

Fertility Is More Than One Number, One Supplement, or One Person

Most couples are given pieces of information separately.

His semen analysis. Her hormone labs. Ovulation timing. A supplement list. Maybe a recommendation for IUI.

But pregnancy depends on how all of those pieces are working together. Inside The Rooted Community, we help you understand the bigger picture so you can stop chasing individual numbers and start focusing on what may actually be affecting your chances of conception.

01

Understand the Numbers

Learn what semen-analysis results, hormone labs, ovulation patterns, and fertility markers may actually be telling you — beyond simply being labeled “normal.”

02

Find What May Be Missing

Look at sperm health, egg quality, hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress, blood sugar, inflammation, lifestyle, timing, and testing as connected pieces of the same fertility picture.

03

Know What to Work on Next

Stop trying everything at once. Learn where your biggest opportunities may be so you can make informed decisions about what to change, what to investigate, and when additional fertility care may make sense.

You’re not looking for more fertility information. You’re looking for a way to know what matters for you.

INSIDE THE ROOTED COMMUNITY

Go Deeper Than the Advice You Can Get in a Facebook Comment

Free groups can be incredibly helpful for connection, encouragement, and hearing what worked for someone else. But your fertility deserves more than someone else’s supplement list.

A low motility result may connect back to sleep, stress, nutrition, inflammation, hormones, heat exposure, medications, metabolic health, or something else entirely. And while everyone is focused on his sperm, there may be important pieces on her side that haven’t been fully explored either.

Fertility clinics can be incredibly valuable when you need testing, medication, IUI, IVF, or other medical care. But those appointments are often focused on diagnosis, treatment, and the next clinical decision. The Rooted Community gives you space to ask a different set of questions: What could be influencing our fertility in the first place? What can we improve? What are we overlooking? And are we spending precious months chasing quick fixes instead of strengthening the health foundations that matter now and later?

The Rooted Community was created to help you look at the whole couple — not just chase the next abnormal number.

We look at sperm health, egg quality, hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress, metabolic health, inflammation, lifestyle, timing, testing, and the patterns that can get missed when every piece is evaluated separately.

Because the question isn’t only, “How do we get pregnant?”

CONCEPTION

What can we do now to support healthier sperm, healthier eggs, and the best possible chance of conception?

PREGNANCY + POSTPARTUM

What foundations can we strengthen now to better support pregnancy, recovery, and the postpartum season?

YOUR FUTURE FAMILY

How can we become healthier parents who have the energy and longevity to fully enjoy the family we’re working so hard to create?

WHERE WE’RE STARTING

INSIDE THE COLLECTIVE

Before You Jump to IUI: What to Know About the Sperm You’re Starting With

PRIVATE EXPERT CONVERSATION WITH DR. MARC SKLAR

When IUI is suggested after vasectomy reversal, the conversation often becomes about getting sperm closer to the egg. But that still leaves an important question:

What is the health and quality of the sperm you’re starting with?

In this private conversation, we talk about what IUI can and cannot change, why sperm health still matters even when treatment is on the table, and the lifestyle and whole-health pieces couples may want to investigate before assuming the next procedure is the only option.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A Few Things You May Be Wondering

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you join The Rooted Community. Here are a few of the questions couples commonly have before getting started.

Is The Rooted Community only for couples trying to conceive after vasectomy reversal?

Yes. The education and conversations inside The Community are specifically built around the questions and challenges couples face when trying to conceive after vasectomy reversal.

Do both partners need to participate?

No. One partner can absolutely join and bring what they’re learning back to the relationship. Many of the topics inside The Community look at both male and female fertility because conception depends on the health of both partners.

What if we’re already working with a fertility clinic?

You can still benefit from The Community. Fertility clinics are often focused on diagnosis, treatment options, medications, IUI, IVF, and other clinical decisions. The Rooted Community gives you space to go deeper into the nutrition, lifestyle, sperm health, egg quality, hormones, sleep, stress, metabolic health, timing, and other whole-health pieces that may also matter.

What if we’re considering IUI or IVF?

You don’t have to choose between The Community and medical fertility care. The goal is to help you better understand the health of both partners, ask more informed questions, and strengthen the foundations you can work on whether you continue trying naturally or decide that additional fertility treatment is right for you.

What’s the difference between Foundations and the Collective?

Foundations gives you the education, monthly trainings, growing resource library, and private community. The Collective includes everything in Foundations plus deeper access, private podcast episodes and expert conversations, office hours, implementation support, case studies, priority questions, and additional member benefits.

Is this individualized medical advice?

No. The Rooted Community provides fertility education, tools, resources, and support to help you better understand your fertility picture and prepare for more informed conversations with your healthcare providers. It does not replace individualized medical diagnosis or treatment.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Both membership levels are monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
